Our policy

Fundamental training is REALLY needed to be “practice what you preach”. These founding policies are used by individuals and by organizations working with volunteers who want to change their privacy and in their work policies. The policies are written from our experience down with our NGO partner and our own acquired knowledge. Our policy is a short draft we update

Fauna policy

Distance

The wild animal is kept away and if this is difficult with some fencing, it will pass quickly. At observations keeping distance if necessary. behind the reach. Hands on

Selfie

Taking a selfie is BANNED along with a wild animal, even if there are barbs in between, as well as pictures where there is skin contact, from the person and organization. If this happens and they are posted on social media, it will be required to be deleted, deleted on the person’s mobile or computer. The person will be sent home.

Why? No matter how skilled we are at telling a picture or video, the person receiving it at the other end will get a feeling first, followed by a thought and action. What the person remembers when the opportunity arises to touch a wild animal is the feeling that is the strongest that WILL lead to action. Stress

Food policy

Food waste

The person is trained in gratitude and respect by picking up the plate access slightly. If the person has eastern abundance of food on his plate and does not like it or can no longer eat, the person is responsible for eating up.

Food from morning, noon and evening is only thrown out when it has reached its last shelf life and food that has passed its last shelf life is thrown out. Food waste is not accepted.

Self-sufficient

The person learns the importance of a craft, through respect and understanding by creating their own organic fruits, vegetables and getting practical and physical experience with how much work it takes to create their own food.

Animal products

The person and organization commit to choosing the vegan way of life and becoming a vegan. Organization educates the person on how harmful it is to support that animal’s food production, and how much the animals suffer from closed doors.

Palm oil

The person and the organization undertake to select food and products from. The organization has a list of food and non-palm oil products that can be found in the nearest stores in the country to come, as well as a list of tire names palm oil negotiated / used below.

Waste policy

Recycle

The person and organization reuse everything that can be recycled, use creativity and seek out recycling stores. It is only thrown out when it is useless and is purchased new if it is an EMERGENCY.

Waste

The person and the organization’s waste sorting plastic, food waste, batteries, paper, glass and iron, etc. The food waste is thrown on compost. If there is no compost under safety conditions, one is created. For example, the compost is recycled to plant in the pots and in the herb garden.

Plastic

Organization requires the person uses a fabric bag or backpack to carry their purchases in. Food and products are selected, etc. without plastic in its purchases. This means some item is selected from and selected with the most content in.

The organization has set at least one day every 14 days to pick up plastic, in the organization’s territory or take a place to do it, even during the busy season. Hygiene policy

Hang out with the animals

The person washes his hands before working. The work clothes are kept away from the living room, the kitchen and take a bath so that the bacteria are washed away. Work clothes are washed at least 40 degrees.

Personal hygiene

The person is trained in 1-minute proper hand washing. Personal hygiene MUST be raised in the prevention of the transmission of bacteria, viruses and STDs.

Kitchen hygiene

The dishes are changed every single day after dinner. The mushrooms are cooked briefly between rooms and the kitchen is washed down at least once a month. If the person has to wash their own dishes, glasses and cutlery after meals, wash them more thoroughly than what the person would do at home.

The first aid kit

The first aid kit is a closed box that ONLY freshly washed hands go into. Everything that is opened is thrown out and the box is dry, cool and in a dark place. There is a person responsible for this box so that hygiene is kept. Things are thrown out that have passed the expiration date.

Education stays

Violation of an agreement before the person arrives or during stay is NOT accepted, and it is the responsibility of the organization to plan it in advance and be open, to adapt it to any eventuality. wants from the person.

Communication

The person may be too nervous to go directly to the organization if something is wrong. It is the person’s responsibility to address the organization. It is the responsibility of the organization to check in with the volunteer on two-man teams, if the person is missing something and is happy with the organization.

Payment

The person has the option of paying from home. If something happens in the person’s privacy that is critical and they choose to go home, the rest of the money will be refunded from the missing stay. From the transfer, a fee will be deducted as required by the bank.

Oplæring

Communication and personal responsibility

Organization stays out of this, even if it can damage the reputation of the organization. If organization has been doomed, the person has the RIGHT to comment on it.

The first aid kit

The person has their own basic first aid package with them. When the person is exposed to an accident or illness, organization will step in. It is a requirement that the organization has a first aid kit that covers most accidents and illnesses. If the person needs to go to a doctor, in the bad emergency, an employee will come along.

Sickness

The volunteer person or another employee goes to the sick person every morning to hear how the person is doing and if there is anything the organization can do to make it more comfortable for the person.

Leisure policy

Alcohol

To celebrate goodbye with a person, birthday or a successful experience in organization, it is allowed to drink a pedestal, if drinking more, have person free the day after. If it is not complied with, alcohol will be banned and repeated, the person will be sent home.

Drugs

It is NOT allowed to take any kinds of drugs. If there is suspicion, the person will be sent to the doctor, to be tested, at his own expense. If the test shows negative, organization will pay the money back to the person, if positive, the person will be reported to the police and sent home.

Cigarette shutters

The organization has ONLY a place where the person is allowed to smoke. There is a bucket of water on site and another bucket that the shutters are put down. If a cigarette code is thrown outside this area, people will be allowed to smoke at the organization. If repeated, the person will be sent home.

Music

The person holds the music down to a volume where a conversation can be held.
