Our goals and values

Updated on 24.02.2020

We are committed to growth, to learning from our network and to seeing the possibilities for creating extraordinary changes. We hope to create a foundation in 2022 where our NGO partners can seek funding. It would also be there to assist volunteers that would like to go to work at one of our NGO partners.

Our five key issues and development of our business. All our goals are not included as of yet. We need funding to translate the texts. To read more, click on the headings below

Our values

Our planet would be a much poorer place without all the splendid and fascinating wildlife that share the globe with us. We firmly believe that to be true and are dedicated to helping wild life based on the following values:

Justice

We reward organizations that actually make a difference and treat animals properly and fairly. To Serve Global Wildlife, justice means moral, and proper behavior towards the animals and conducting daily affairs in a just fashion. Justice is also expressed in how we discuss and reflect on ideas and principles – both what has been done and what needs to be done. In short: Respect, Care and Equality.

Action oriented

Actions speak higher than words, and we are an action-oriented organization. Our action plan that is easy to access and ambitious and we are motivated to carry out the points contained in the plan. That is how to achieve results. Both the planning and execution requires self-esteem and the belief that they will succeed.

Optimism

Climate change, deforestation, pollution, poaching, etc. The situation may look dire for wild animals around the globe, but we have chosen to take the positive, optimistic approach. We believe that by living our values, we can make a difference. So long as we remain curious and open to other and better ways of doing things, we can develop the kind of vision needed to save wildlife.

Authenticity

Authenticity is very important to Serve Global Wildlife. We do not compromise on honesty, loyalty or authentic leadership. When we are authentic, we encourage others to be the same, thus creating a higher degree of honesty and truth. Authenticity gives us credibility and integrity, which are important values at Serve Global Wildlife.

Integrity

It is important to us that the information we convey is correct. That is why we stay constantly updated on the latest knowledge. In addition, we respect honesty and credibility in terms of actions and principles. We stand by the decisions we make and seek for them to be executed, while maintaining our high standards when we give our quality stamp to new NGOs. We observe each organizations activities and continuously seek new information.

Professionalism

We believe that a high degree of professionalism is achieved by mixing fun and education. At the same time, we maintain our professionalism by being constantly updated on the latest knowledge in the industry and adhering to our personal and professional standards. We provide a safe and efficient service that is both caring and takes responsibility for the animals, people and organizations we work with.

Thoughtfulness

We communicate and are thoughtful in our relationships with people, animals and nature. We are constantly thinking about where our efforts and are funds can be put to the best possible use. We think before we talk, and carefully consider all options so as to avoid mistakes and negative consequences as much as possible. We only cooperate with those organizations that really have the welfare of the animals in mind.
